• Roll Casting over the right and left shoulder

• Double haul 

• Presentation casts and mends (if required) 

• Analysis of your current cast and how to fix issues

•  How to weigh your fly lines

• Equipment prep and maintenance for competition 

• Progressing from fishing distance to competition distance. This will include body movement, faster hauling, tracking training etc 

• Competition distance coaching if you need help with your current stroke 

• Competition accuracy coaching which will include how to make the perfect leader for the Scientific Anglers Mastery Expert Distance Competition orange. This includes a free leader! 

• Spey casting; single spey, double spey, snake roll, jelly roll, circle spey and snap T off both shoulders 

• Spey casting with long headed (60' +) fly lines 

• Presentation casts/mends; overpowered curve left and right, tuck cast, collapsed cast, bucket mend, pile cast and the wiggle cast
